1. Controller

2. Legal framework

This policy is governed by Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other Colombian personal-data protection rules (Habeas Data).

3. Data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, phone/WhatsApp, email.
• Delivery data: address, city, notes for the courier.
• Transaction data: items ordered, amount, payment method and proof of payment (we do not store full card numbers; those are handled by the payment gateway).
• Browsing data: anonymous technical site information (pages viewed, device), and behavioural data — clicks, scrolling, cursor movement, and session recordings / heatmaps — collected via Microsoft Clarity, for statistics and to improve the site.

We do not request sensitive data. Any preference you share when asking for advice is optional, used only to guide you, and can be deleted on request.

4. Purposes

• Process, prepare and ship your orders.
• Contact you about your purchase, delivery and after-sales service.
• Handle exchanges, warranties and returns.
• Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• With your express consent, send you news and promotions. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Confidentiality and third parties

We share data only with those needed to complete your order or to run the site: the courier company (name and delivery address), the payment gateway, and Microsoft Clarity, which analyses how you use the site (clicks, scrolling, session recordings) to help us improve it — not for advertising. All are bound to protect your information. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising.

6. Your rights as a data subject

At any time you may:

• Know, update and correct your data.
• Request proof of the authorisation given.
• Be informed of how we use your data.
• Withdraw authorisation and/or request deletion of your data where no legal duty to keep it exists.
• File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

7. How to exercise your rights

Message us on WhatsApp at +57 301 559 7535 stating your request and the name you ordered under. We handle queries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as required by law.

8. Retention

We keep your data while the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as legal and tax obligations require. Once that period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.

9. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access or misuse. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

10. Validity and changes
